Important Informations
You will need a valid driver’s license, a credit card in the renter’s name for the deposit, and, if you are a resident outside the European Union, an International Driving Permit.
The minimum age is 18 years old, as long as you have a valid driver’s license.
There may be additional charges, such as insurance options, extra equipment (like GPS or child seats), fuel policy fees, and fines for late returns.
Unlimited mileage.
Cars are rented with a full tank, and they should be returned in the same condition. There may be options to pre-purchase a full tank or pay for fuel in advance, returning the car empty.
It is required to pay 50% of the rental amount at the time of booking and the remaining 50%, 30 days before the booking date. In the event of cancellation, this amount will not be refunded. For any changes you wish to make, you should always contact the agency to check the availability for the same.
The pickup and return of the vehicle are carried out at our counter at the airport on Flores Island. You will need to present your documents and inspect the vehicle at pick-up and return it in the same condition to avoid additional fees.
In case of issues, immediately contact the rental company using the provided emergency contact number. Wewill assist according to the terms of the rental agreement.
Basic insurance coverage is included. The repair of any damages made to the vehicle not covered by the insurance will be at the customer’s expense. You may choose a more comprehensive insurance at our counter if you are interested.
In the event of an accident, immediately call the local authorities to report the incident. Then, contact us using the provided emergency number. Follow the company’s instructions on the procedures to be followed and provide all necessary information.
The driver is responsible for any traffic fines received during the rental period.
Rental fees are typically calculated based on the rental duration, the type of chosen vehicle, selected insurance options, and any additional extras such as equipment or fuel. Review the cost summary before confirming the reservation.
