The remaining 50% must be paid up to 30 days before the scheduled pick-up date.<\/p><p><strong data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"810\">2.3.<\/strong> The reservation is considered confirmed after payment validation and upon receipt of the respective transfer confirmation via email.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4a016b8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4a016b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"971\">3. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h5><p data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"1352\"><strong data-start=\"974\" data-end=\"982\">3.1.<\/strong> All bookings made with advance payment are non-refundable.<\/p><p data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"1352\"><strong data-start=\"1044\" data-end=\"1052\">3.2.<\/strong> In case of cancellation by the customer or flight cancellations, no full or partial refunds will be issued.<\/p><p data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"1352\"><strong data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1171\">3.3.<\/strong> If the customer does not show up at the agreed time and date without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and will not entitle the customer to any refund or future credit.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-10e2665 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"10e2665\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong data-start=\"1354\" data-end=\"1388\">4. Booking Modification Policy<\/strong><\/h5><p data-start=\"1354\" data-end=\"1781\"><strong data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1399\">4.1.<\/strong> Any request to change the booking (dates, times, vehicle category, or other details) must be submitted directly to Rent-a-Car Flores by phone or email.<\/p><p data-start=\"1354\" data-end=\"1781\"><strong data-start=\"1554\" data-end=\"1562\">4.2.<\/strong> Changes are subject to vehicle availability for the new requested period.<\/p><p data-start=\"1354\" data-end=\"1781\"><strong data-start=\"1639\" data-end=\"1647\">4.3.<\/strong> The company reserves the right to refuse changes when there is no availability or if the new conditions create operational conflicts.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9d043b8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9d043b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"1823\">5. Cancellation by Rent-a-Car Flores<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"2370\"><strong data-start=\"1826\" data-end=\"1834\">5.1.<\/strong> The company may cancel the reservation in the following cases:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"2370\">a) Failure to present required documents (valid driver\u2019s license with more than one year, ID, credit card);<\/p><p data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"2370\">b) Failure to meet the minimum requirements for entering into the rental agreement;<\/p><p data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"2370\">c) Operational, technical, or safety reasons that prevent the provision of the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"2370\"><br data-start=\"2183\" data-end=\"2186\"><strong data-start=\"2186\" data-end=\"2194\">5.2.<\/strong> In such cases, Rent-a-Car Flores may:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"2370\">a) Provide another vehicle of equal or higher category, when possible;<\/p><p data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"2370\">b) Issue a full refund if no suitable vehicle can be provided.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6c7de70 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6c7de70\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong data-start=\"2372\" data-end=\"2386\">6. Refunds<\/strong><\/h5><p data-start=\"2372\" data-end=\"2607\"><strong data-start=\"2389\" data-end=\"2397\">6.1.<\/strong> When a refund is applicable, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the reservation.<\/p><p data-start=\"2372\" data-end=\"2607\"><strong data-start=\"2506\" data-end=\"2514\">6.2.<\/strong> The processing time may vary between 5 to 7 business days, depending on the customer&#8217;s bank.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3d309df elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3d309df\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong data-start=\"2609\" data-end=\"2643\">7. Early Return of the Vehicle<\/strong><\/h5><p data-start=\"2609\" data-end=\"2985\"><strong data-start=\"2646\" data-end=\"2654\">7.1.<\/strong> Returning the vehicle before the end of the contracted rental period does not entitle the customer to a refund for unused days.<\/p><p data-start=\"2609\" data-end=\"2985\"><strong data-start=\"2785\" data-end=\"2793\">7.2.<\/strong> Exceptions may apply only if included in promotional campaigns or previously agreed in writing.<\/p><p data-start=\"2609\" data-end=\"2985\"><strong data-start=\"2892\" data-end=\"2900\">7.3.<\/strong> A fee of \u20ac50.00 will be charged if the vehicle is returned without a full fuel tank.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-adf255d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"adf255d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong data-start=\"2987\" data-end=\"3031\">8.
